Growth Marketing Manager (Paid Social)
London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
£45,000 – £48,000
My client, who are a premium lifestyle brand, are looking for a self-starting paid social specialist who thrives on driving real growth within a start-up environment. I’m looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to own performance marketing across Meta and help scale customer acquisition in the UK, international markets, and new categories.
This is a high-autonomy role where you’ll write your own playbooks, manage a £1.5m annual budget, and work closely with leadership to shape growth strategy. This role is perfect for someone ready to make a tangible impact at a scaling brand!
What You’ll Do
*Own day-to-day management and optimisation of Meta campaigns with scope to test emerging channels
*Scale profitable customer acquisition across UK, US, and other international markets
*Analyse performance data to surface creative insights and brief internal/external creative partners
*Ensure all tagging, tracking, and catalogues are correctly set up, liaising with developers as needed
*Monitor budget pacing and identify opportunities to scale or reallocate spend
*Recommend new acquisition funnels and on-site optimisations to drive better platform performance
*Stay ahead of Meta algorithm changes, trends, and best practices through self-directed learning
*Support new category launches with tailored paid social strategies
*Report on campaign performance to leadership with clarity and actionable insights
What You’ll Bring
*2–4 years of hands-on paid social experience (agency or in-house)
*Deep expertise in Meta: campaign structures, bidding strategies, creative testing
*Experience with premium, fashion, or lifestyle DTC brands preferred
*Comfortable with Shopify, GA4, and ideally Motion for creative analytics
*Ability to translate data into actionable creative briefs
*Curiosity for new platforms and willingness to experiment
