Description
The Accounts Assistant will likely have the following responsibilities:
*Prepare and reconcile service charge accounts for multiple properties.
*Manage and reconcile financial information across a range of assets.
*Support accurate and timely financial reporting in line with organisational requirements.
*Monitor expenditure and compare it against agreed budgets.
*Provide financial support and guidance to operational teams.
*Work collaboratively across departments to ensure compliance with internal standards.
*Assist with audit processes and respond to auditor enquiries.
*Maintain organised and accurate financial records and documentation.
*Contribute to ongoing process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Profile
The successful Accounts Assistant should have:
*Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
*Excellent organisational and analytical skills.
*Double entry book keeping
*The ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
