E-commerce Trading & CRO Manager - Premium Lifestyle
£35,000–£40,000 | London / Hybrid |
If you’re passionate about creating irresistible online shopping experiences and looking for a hands-on Ecommerce Merchandiser, this is the perfect role for you. You will make their website feel effortless, beautiful, and shoppable - while continually improving conversion.
In this role, you’ll own day-to-day trading and run a clear CRO roadmap to remove friction across the customer journey - from discovery to checkout. Taste matters as much as numbers: you’ll balance brand storytelling with performance, ensuring the site always reflects the experience we want customers to have.
What you’ll do
*Manage and merchandise the site daily: homepage, collections, navigation, and key landing pages
*Create edits that highlight gifting, new arrivals, best sellers, and seasonal moments
*Maintain site quality: content updates, product page hygiene, collection logic, onsite messaging, and QA
*Monitor stock closely and make fast swaps to avoid dead ends for customers
*Own the CRO roadmap: prioritize improvements, run tests, measure impact, and document learnings
*Use insights from GA4, funnels, and behavioral tools to turn problems into actionable solutions
*Brief developers and manage delivery of projects, sprints, and retainer work
*Collaborate with creative, marketing, and operations teams to deliver trading priorities
*Share a weekly trade update against KPIs
What we’re looking for
*3–5 years of experience in ecommerce trading, merchandising, or onsite optimization (Shopify or similar)
*Strong commercial instincts and excellent taste
*Confident using GA4 and data to make decisions
*Exceptional attention to detail and natural QA skills
*Organised, calm under pressure, and quick to execute
*Nice to have: basic HTML/CSS, heatmaps/session replay tools, and A/B testing experience
Working hybrid 3 days (Mon, Tues & Thur), 2 from home.
