Senior Business Development Manager – Corporate Apparel & Uniforms
Location: West London (Hybrid Working)
Salary: DOE + Uncapped Commission + OTE

The OpportunityAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Business Development Manager to join an award-winning, design-led apparel business specialising in bespoke corporate uniforms and premium apparel solutions for global brands.
This is a strategic, senior role focused on new business development, relationship management, and revenue growth across corporate sectors including hospitality, aviation, facilities management, and professional services.
You will work closely with senior leadership, design, and marketing teams to develop innovative, sustainable apparel solutions for clients — from concept through to delivery.
For the right person, there is significant opportunity to influence growth and become a key member of a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities*Identify and secure new B2B business opportunities within corporate apparel and uniform markets
*Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders including procurement and leadership teams
*Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through to negotiation and contract completion
*Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecasting process
*Collaborate internally with design, production, and operations teams
*Drive profitable growth through new and existing client partnerships
*Represent the business at client meetings and industry events
Candidate ProfileWe are particularly interested in candidates with experience in:
*Corporate uniforms or workwear
*Hospitality or luxury service uniforms
*Branded or promotional clothing
*Bespoke or premium business apparel
*B2B fashion or apparel solutions
You will also have:
*5+ years’ experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development
*A proven track record of winning and managing corporate accounts
*Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
*Experience managing longer sales cycles or tenders
*A proactive, relationship-driven approach
Working Arrangements*Hybrid working available
*Typically 3–4 days per week in the Hammersmith office
*Flexibility considered for candidates with strong sector experience
