Are you a proactive, highly organised Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment?
We’re partnering with a world-leading digital travel platform to find an exceptional Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a dynamic business unit.
This is more than a diary-management role. It’s an opportunity to remove friction, create clarity, and directly enable strategic impact at leadership level.

You’ll be embedded within a collaborative leadership support community, working alongside stakeholders across the business to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

If you’re someone who loves bringing order to complexity, enjoys working autonomously, and is excited by the idea of contributing to process improvements in a global organisation - this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Executive & Administrative Support *Own complex calendar management - prioritising time in line with business needs

*Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
*Proactive, results-driven and comfortable working independently
*Confident building relationships across diverse, global teams
*Strong decision-making skills - comfortable navigating ambiguity
*Discreet, ethical and trustworthy with confidential matters
*Fluent English (written and verbal)
*Advanced Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills
*Flexibility to support outside of standard business hours when required
