Our client is a proudly independent, long-established gifting and home accessories brand. Their ranges are stocked by leading UK and international retailers, and they are now entering an exciting new growth phase.
They’re looking for a Senior Sales Coordinator / Junior Account Manager to support one of their Senior National Account Managers and play a pivotal role in driving account performance and operational excellence.
This is a commercially focused support role with real ownership. You’ll act as the bridge between retailers, sales agents and internal teams, ensuring orders run smoothly, launches land on time, and opportunities don’t get missed.
Perfect for someone ready to step up from Sales Support or Account Executive level into a more commercial position.
The Role:
You’ll support the day-to-day management of key national retail accounts. You’ll ensure seamless execution across forecasting, order management, launches and customer communication.
You’ll sit at the heart of Sales, Product and Operations, making sure everything connects.
What you’ll be doing:
*Supporting the National Account Manager in managing key retail partnerships
*Processing orders, managing EDI and retailer portals, and ensuring smooth delivery coordination
*Monitoring stock levels and supporting forecasting to maximise sales opportunities
*Coordinating new line forms, pricing submissions and product set-up information
*Managing critical paths for launches and seasonal drops
*Preparing sales presentations, range reviews and buyer meeting materials
*Analysing sell-through data and identifying opportunities for growth
*Acting as the internal go-to for queries, ensuring fast and accurate responses
*Keeping a close eye on competitor activity and retail trends within their space
You’ll bring:
*Experience in Sales Support, Account Coordination or Junior Account Management with a retail or supplier environment
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
*Confidence working with numbers - forecasting, margin awareness and sales reporting
*Experience with retailer portals and order processing systems would be ideal
*Excellent communication skills and a natural relationship-builder
*A proactive mindset - someone who spots issues before they become problems
*A genuine interest in product, design and trends
