Open Day – Wellington Office
Before we hold any formal interviews, we’re hosting an Open Day at our Wellington office at 10am on 9th March. This is a chance to pop in, meet the team, learn what we do, and get a feel for the role and workplace. If you like what you see, you’ll be able to apply and progress to interview afterwards.
The Role:
Based at our Wellington (Somerset) head office at Buckland House, you’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team focused on delivering a consistently excellent experience for every patient. As a Customer Experience Administrator, you’ll handle customer enquiries, support day-to-day admin, and help ensure every interaction is clear, accurate, and caring.
We’re recruiting two people for this role, so it’s a great time to join and grow with us.
What You’ll Do:
*Answer customer queries by phone and email in a friendly, professional manner.
*Provide clear updates on orders, deliveries, and service-related questions.
*Accurately input, update, and maintain customer information on internal systems.
*Support the admin process behind customer orders and requests, ensuring everything is logged correctly.
*Liaise with colleagues across teams to resolve queries smoothly and efficiently.
*Track actions and follow up to ensure queries are fully resolved.
*Maintain high standards of confidentiality, data accuracy, and compliance.
*Contribute ideas and support improvements that help us deliver a better patient experience.
About You:
We’re looking for someone who is people-focused, organised, and proud of delivering excellent service. You’ll enjoy working in a busy environment and feel confident juggling different tasks while keeping accuracy high.
You’ll likely have:
*Customer service or admin experience (helpful, but not essential — training provided).
*Strong communication skills and a calm, friendly approach.
*Good attention to detail and confidence using computer systems.
*A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
*The ability to work well as part of a team and support a positive environment.
