Job Description:
Are you looking for an urgent start role?
I am supporting a fantastic Supported Accommodation service in Macclesfield in their search for a Concierge to provide essential support and ensure the safety and security of residents. Immediate start available.
Role: Concierge
Location: Macclesfield
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Hours: Weekday OR Weekend working
Contract type: Temporary (potential to go permanent)
Start date: ASAP
Role Responsibilities:
• Acting as a key safeguarding contact out of hours, escalating concerns appropriately and recording all information accurately
• Maintaining safety of the building by reporting repair needs, health & safety issues and following policies & procedures
• Supporting residents, offering guidance, signposting, and de-escalating incidents in a person-centred way
• Being the first point of contact for the call system and liaising with managers or emergency services when required
• Monitoring CCTV and carrying out regular building patrols to ensure safety and security
• Completing light cleaning duties when needed and supporting the turnaround of void properties
• Keeping accurate records throughout the shift, ensuring effective communication and handover
• Lone working within a supported accommodation environment
