We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a full-time Locum Social Worker to join the Adult Locality Team in Sutton for a three-month assignment. This role is essential in covering long-term sickness within the team and offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of adults within the community.

What You Will Do*Undertake Care Act Assessments and Reviews to ensure service users receive appropriate and person-centred support.
*Complete Carers Assessments to identify needs and provide access to suitable resources.
*Conduct Mental Capacity Assessments, ensuring best interest decisions are robust and lawful.
*Manage legal processes where required, including liaison with legal professionals.
*Provide Duty Work support, responding to urgent referrals and enquiries.
*Lead and contribute to Section 42 Safeguarding Enquiries, protecting vulnerable adults and promoting wellbeing.
