CCTV & Environmental Technical Support Officer needed in Epping Paying £20 per hr ref 21973
Full time hours on a temporary basis
*Key Responsibilities
*Deliver an effective CCTV and environmental monitoring service across all designated sites
*Conduct daily operational checks to ensure CCTV and environmental monitoring systems are fully functional
*Provide first-line technical support for CCTV, environmental sensors, and associated equipment
*Carry out site surveys and assess equipment performance, reporting findings clearly
*Coordinate maintenance and repair activities with contractors and engineers
*Gather, review, and process CCTV footage and environmental data for evidential purposes
*Ensure all evidence is handled securely, accurately and in line with policies and legislation
*Make recommendations for equipment repair, replacement, upgrades, or improvements
*Maintain accurate logs of faults, repairs, incidents, environmental readings and evidence requests
*Support continuous improvement of CCTV and environmental systems, processes and overall service delivery
