What You’ll Be Doing:
*Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
*Process account updates, contracts, and payments accurately.
*Maintain accurate records and data.
*Liaise professionally with clients and third parties.
*Identify opportunities to improve processes and team workflows.
What We’re Looking For:
