Hours of Work: Hybrid - Full time, Fixed-term contract
Finance Assistant Duties: As a Finance Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our finance team by administering accounts payable processes, preparing purchase ledger payments, and handling accruals and prepayments. You will also assist with monthly management accounts and provide support to the Financial Controller as required. This role offers the perfect platform to enhance your finance skills in a busy, professional setting.
Finance Assistant Requirements:
*Strong understanding of Microsoft Access and Excel (Essential)
*Good knowledge of fundamental accounting concepts and GAAP standards (Essential)
*Previous experience with Misys Equation DB3, Aqua Global e2Gen, SWIFT (Desirable)
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
*Motivated self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and adapt
