Job Description:
My client is a leading Legal 500 firm, looking to recruit a passionate and driven solicitor to join their well-regarded Criminal Law team.
The Role As part of a busy and dynamic Criminal Department, you’ll:
*Attend and represent clients at police stations and magistrates’ courts
*Prepare cases for trial in both Magistrates’ and Crown Courts
*Take part in an out-of-hours rota as part of your responsibilities
The Ideal Candidate:
*Excellent communication and client care skills
*Strong written drafting ability
*Confidence managing a busy workload under pressure
*Solid IT skills (Windows & Word)
*Experience preparing criminal cases for trial
Desirable:
*Police Station Accreditation
Benefits:*25 days holiday (rising to 28 after 3 years, 30 after 5 years)
