About the RestaurantReal Beijing Restaurant is a reputable dining establishment specialising in authentic Chinese cuisine, including traditional Peking Duck, Beijing regional dishes, Sichuan specialities, and Beijing hot pot. The restaurant is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and maintain high service standards.
Key Responsibilities*Manage and oversee all daily restaurant operations
*Lead, train, and supervise front-of-house and kitchen teams
*Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally
*Prepare staff rotas and manage recruitment when required
*Oversee stock control, supplier management, and cost control
*Monitor financial performance, budgets, and profitability
*Ensure full compliance with UK food hygiene, licensing, and health & safety regulations
Requirements*Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in restaurant management
*Strong leadership and organisational skills
*Experience managing a busy Central London restaurant preferred
*Knowledge of Chinese cuisine is advantageous
*Strong financial and operational management skills
*Legal right to work in the UK
