They are now seeking a polished, confident and naturally personable Receptionist to become the face of the salon.

The Role
You will be the first and last impression of the salon. From the moment a client walks through the door, you will create a warm, seamless and professional experience.
Responsibilities include:
Delivering a confident, luxury welcome to every client
Managing a busy appointment diary: bookings, amendments and confirmations
Handling calls, emails and enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
Supporting stylists to ensure the day runs smoothly and on time
Maintaining immaculate presentation across reception
Promoting services and retail products where appropriate
About You
We are looking for someone who naturally carries themselves well and enjoys being front-facing.
You will have:
Previous reception, front-of-house or strong customer service experience
Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking to a wide range of clients
Strong organisation and attention to detail
The ability to stay calm and composed in a fast-paced environment
A professional, well-groomed appearance
Confidence using booking systems and basic IT
Salon or beauty industry experience is advantageous but not essential. Attitude and presence are key.
