Juice Cheltenham is delighted to be supporting a fantastic organisation, based in Cheltenham, in their search for a Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk. This will be joining my clients small finance team, supporting the day-to-day accounting operations.Day to Day*Process high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
*Match purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices
*Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
*Prepare and process electronic payments and cheque runs
*Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
We Are Looking For *6 months+ proven experience in an accounts payable or finance-related role
*Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
*Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
*Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
*Strong communication and problem-solving skills
