The Ideal Primary Teacher Will Have:*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential

*Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting (ECTs welcome to apply)

*Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective assessment for learning

*High expectations for behaviour and achievement

*Excellent classroom management and organisational skills

*A nurturing, adaptable approach suited to a diverse East London cohort

Main Responsibilities:*Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum

*Creating a structured, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment

*Assessing and tracking pupil progress to ensure strong outcomes

*Supporting pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development

*Working collaboratively with colleagues, SEN staff, and parents
