Due to sustained growth and strong instruction levels, our client is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Residential Property Valuer to join their successful estate agency team.

The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out residential property valuations across Aberdeen and surrounding areas, securing new instructions and contributing directly to the overall performance of the branch.
This role requires strong market awareness, the ability to win business, and a professional approach to client engagement.
Key Responsibilities*Conduct accurate and professional market appraisals
*Generate and convert valuation opportunities into new instructions
*Provide clear, evidence-based pricing advice to vendors
*Build strong relationships with prospective sellers
*Work closely with the wider sales team to ensure smooth property listings
*Keep up to date with local market trends and competitor activity
*Meet and exceed agreed performance targets
*Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage
Skills & Experience Required*Proven experience as a Residential Valuer or Senior Negotiator ready to step up
*Strong knowledge of the Aberdeen property market
*Demonstrable track record of winning instructions
*Target-driven and commercially astute
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*Well-presented and professional
*Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
