Administrator / Licensing Coordinator
Full-time | Permanent
Are you an organised, proactive and people-focused administrator looking to take the next step in your career? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day is different? If so, this could be the perfect role for you!
We’re looking for a confident Administrator / Licensing Coordinator to join our team and provide vital support to our Senior Licensing & Key Account Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in delivering excellent service, and is eager to build long-lasting relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
What you’ll be doing
No two days are the same, but your responsibilities will include:
*Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Senior Licensing & Key Account Manager
*Completing and processing application forms to meet compliance requirements
*Processing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
*Managing incoming calls, emails, and general customer enquiries
*Maintaining and updating office systems, databases, and documentation
*Supporting key account activity and helping nurture customer relationships
*Assisting with invoicing, daily banking and general account administration
*Carrying out proactive customer calls to maintain, develop and strengthen partnerships
What we’re looking for
To thrive in this role, you’ll need to be:
*Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
*A friendly, professional communicator who builds rapport easily
*Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint)
*A proactive multitasker who enjoys working at pace and adapting to change
*Process driven with the ability to use your initiative proactively
*Comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks
*CRM experience is a bonus—but not essential
Why you’ll love working with us
This role gives you the chance to:
*Become a key part of a small supportive, collaborative team
*Build strong relationships with valued customer accounts
*Enjoy a varied, interesting workload where you can make a real impact
*Develop your skills in administration, customer service, and account coordination
If you’re enthusiastic, organised, and ready to bring your administrative skills to a role with plenty of scope to learn and grow within the role, we’d love to hear from you.
