Legal Resourcer, Farringdon, 12 month FTC

Birchrose Associates is a specialist, high-performing legal recruitment partner for law firms, serving as a trusted advisor in the placement of Lawyers and business support professionals across the UK and the U.S.
We are looking to welcome a Legal Resourcer to our UK team on a part time basis, for a period of 12 months, with possibility of extension and/or permanent employment after the initial contract term.
This role will be fast paced and varied, and offer excellent exposure to the intricacies of the London legal market.

About the Role


As a Legal Resourcer, you will be responsible for supporting experienced Legal Recruitment Consultants with an emphasis on candidate attraction, specifically in the Legal Business Support market - PA/Secretarial, HR, Finance, Risk & Compliance.
This role is part time and hybrid. When in the office, you will be based in Farringdon.
Duties will include:
*Sourcing high calibre business support candidates for Top 200 UK law firms in London
*Joining vacancy briefings with Legal Recruitment Consultants
*Building candidate pools on LinkedIn and sending outreach

*Conducting screening calls and shortlisting

*Writing and posting job advertisements
*Market research and analysis and social media support



About You

Essential skills and experience include:
*Law background (studies/employment) or recruitment experience is essential

*Experience using LinkedIn and other social platforms
*Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
*Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
