Job Description:
Remote | 3-Month FTC (Potential to go permanent)
£40,000 – £50,000 + Benefits
We’re supporting a well-established UK organisation with the appointment of an experienced Payroll Analyst to help deliver accurate and timely monthly and lunar payrolls.
This is a hands-on role with a strong analytical focus, ideal for someone who enjoys working with complex payroll data and ensuring colleagues are paid correctly and on time.
Key responsibilities include:
*Validating and processing monthly and lunar payroll data
*Leading payroll analytics, reporting, and insight
*Managing payroll queries, manual payments, and BACS runs
*Ensuring compliance with HMRC, GDPR, and internal controls
*Supporting audits and continuous improvement initiatives
About you:
*Proven experience in a Payroll Analyst or similar payroll role
*Advanced Excel and strong data analysis capability
*Highly accurate, organised, and detail-driven
*Confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
