About the RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an Adult Social Worker - Locality Team in Bromley, offering £32 per hour in an ongoing assignment. This full-time role (36 hours per week) combines three days in the office with flexible hybrid working arrangements.
You will play a key role in supporting the communities of Penge and Beckenham over an initial three-month period, with the potential for extension. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference while enjoying a flexible and supportive working environment.
Key Responsibilities*Assessment & Care Planning:
*Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalised, strengths-based support plans.
*Multi-Disciplinary Collaboration:

*Safeguarding & Wellbeing:
*Support safeguarding processes for adults at risk, promoting independence and wellbeing in line with statutory responsibilities.
*Case Management:
*Attend and actively contribute to case discussions, reviews, and strategic planning meetings.
*Access to Services:
*Facilitate access to appropriate services, community resources, and support networks.
*Record Keeping & Reporting:
*Maintain accurate case records and prepare professional reports to inform care decisions and outcomes.
