*Taking ownership of key workstreams
*Managing and developing junior team members
*Contributing to client preparation and relationship support
Associate DirectorA senior delivery and client-facing role with growing responsibility for origination. Responsibilities include:
*Leading transactions and managing multi-disciplinary deal teams
*Running client relationships day-to-day
*Driving pitch materials, proposals and deal pipeline development
*Coaching and developing team members
*Supporting firm-wide strategy and business development initiatives
DirectorA leadership role for an experienced dealmaker looking to shape and grow a practice. Responsibilities include:
*Leading origination and maintaining a strong personal network
*Winning mandates and driving the firm’s growth strategy
*Overseeing multiple transactions simultaneously
*Providing strategic guidance to clients and managing board-level relationships
*Developing, mentoring and growing the team
*Playing a central role in the boutiques leadership, with a clear route to Partner
What We’re Looking For (All Levels)*Strong corporate finance experience-M&A, Corproate Development, debt advisory Acellerated M&A or similar
*A track record of high-quality deal execution
*Excellent financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills
*Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients
*A proactive, commercial, and entrepreneurial mindset
*Professional qualifications such as ACA/ACCA/CFA are beneficial but not essential
