Key Responsibilities:
*Provide administrative support to senior executives.
*Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the executive team.
*Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with high attention to detail.
*Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
*Ensure the efficient management of confidential information and documentation.
*Co-ordinating meetings and preparing meeting rooms appropriately.
*Oversee office management including, ordering stationary and supplies as needed.
*Be the first point of contact for all external vendors, including IT and building maintenance.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
*Prior experience in a similar role within the Financial Services sector.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
*Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills.
*The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
*A professional and approachable attitude with attention to detail.
*Resourceful and proactive with excellent attention to detail.
*Desirable but NOT necessary: proficient in another European language, alongside English.
