Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Negotiator position, for our Estate Agency client based in St Albans.
The successful candidate must have at least 12 months previous experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator.
Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.
You must hold a full UK driving licence with the use of your own car.
Salary and benefits package for the role of Senior Sales Negotiator:
*Basic £25,000 - £28,000
*OTE £40,000 - £50,000
*Car allowance
*Personal or office commission
*Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
*1 in 4 Saturdays with a day off in lieu
*5 day working week
*Parking permit
*Career progression
Responsibilities for the role of Senior Sales Negotiator:
*Registering and qualifying potential buyers
*Generating and conducting viewings
*Canvassing to bring on new properties
*Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
*Preparing sales brochures
*Developing relationships
*Giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
*Booking appointments
*Always delivering exceptional customer service
Key Skills for the role of Senior Sales Negotiator:
*At least 12 months experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator in the property industry.
*High level of customer service skills.
*Well-spoken with good telephone manner
*Well presented
*Target driven and ambitious
*The desire to work well in a team and be an excellent team player
*Highly motivated
*Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
