We are hiring an experienced senior conference producer who is fluent in English and either Spanish or Portuguese for a leading b2b media and events company. Our client prides itself on creating impactful business events worldwide that connect industry leaders and drive innovation.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Conference Producer who speaks Spanish or Portuguese to join our clients London events team. In this role, you will lead the production of high-quality conferences, overseeing everything from programme research to speaker recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Conduct thorough programme research to identify trends and topics of interest.
*Write engaging and informative agendas that attract top-tier speakers and attendees.
*Manage the speaker recruitment process, ensuring a diverse and high-quality line-up.
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
*Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver exceptional results.
*Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring all aspects of the conference are on track.
Requirements:
*Fluency in English and either Spanish or Portuguese.
*Minimum of 3 years of experience in conference production for B2B events.
*Proven experience in programme research, agenda writing, and speaker recruitment.
*Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
*Nice to Have: Experience with large-scale events in the tech, energy, or telecommunications sectors.
