The Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans across a variety of subjects

* Manage classroom behaviour effectively

* Support pupils in their learning

* Ensure a positive and productive learning environment

* Uphold school policies and procedures

Requirements * Fluent Welsh language skills (essential)

* Strong classroom presence and communication skills

* Experience working with young people (school-based experience desirable but not essential)

* Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)

* Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) or willing to register
