An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Adult Social Care Self Directed Support Team.
This role plays a vital part in supporting adult social care clients, carers and families who receive support through Direct Payments and/or Individual Service Funds. * £13.50 per hour
* 36 hours per week
* 9-month contract (Maternity Cover)

The RoleYou will be responsible for supporting the financial administration of client accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance and transparency.
Key duties include:
*Reconciling client accounts and calculating balances
*Producing audit reports, identifying variances and processing reclaims
*Processing and arranging payment of care bills
*Supporting clients, carers and families with financial queries
*Working collaboratively with internal teams and external partner agencies
This is a busy and responsible role that requires accuracy, organisation and the ability to manage your own workload effectively.
About You*Previous experience working in a finance setting
*Excellent numeracy skills and strong attention to detail
*Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
*Confidence in learning new IT systems
*Experience delivering a customer-focused service
*The ability to communicate sensitively with vulnerable adults
*The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
