Schools HR Partner needed in North London Paying £25.02 per hr ref 1701765
Full time hours on a temporary basis
As a Schools HR Partner, you will deliver a comprehensive generalist HR service, acting as a trusted advisor to schools and trusts. You’ll take the time to understand each organisation’s culture and context, ensuring the advice and support you provide is both tailored and practical.
Your work will include:
*Providing expert, risk-based HR advice to leaders and managers
*Managing a varied caseload of employee relations matters
*Conducting workplace investigations
*Drafting, reviewing, and implementing HR policies
*Supporting TUPE transfers and organisational change processes
*Developing and delivering HR-related training sessions
*Contributing to ad-hoc HR and organisational projects
*Building strong, professional relationships with school leaders and stakeholders
Being able to travel to various locations by car is essential for this role
