What you’ll do *Provide comprehensive administrative support across all purchasing activities
*Process purchase orders, estimations and warranty claims accurately and efficiently
*Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental and governance standards
*Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers
*Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on purchasing requirements
*Identify and support process improvement initiatives within procurement operations
*Assist with sustainable value creation and inclusive procurement initiatives
*Support supplier development within host communities
*Contribute to performance targets, continuous improvement and team culture initiatives
What you bring *2 years hands-on experience within transactional procurement or purchasing administration
*Working knowledge of SAP Purchasing or similar ERP systems
*Strong data analysis and reporting capability
*Understanding of supply chain processes and compliance standards
*Excellent stakeholder management and supplier engagement skills
*Advanced written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, changing environments
*Awareness of sustainability principles within supply chain management
