Senior Recruiter/Recruiter Lead or Recruitment Business Manager
Reed Croydon - Logistics, Procurement & Industrial
Location: 2 Cherry Orchard Rd, Croydon CR0 6BA
Driving: Full UK licence + ideally your own vehicle
Hybrid: 4 days office / 1 day home (fully office-based during induction)
Salary: £30,000 -£46,500 fully dependent on level of recruitment experience + uncapped bonus (+ £2,000 car allowance for management level)
Contract: Permanent, full-time (Mon-Fri, 37.5 hrs)
About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated recruitment expert to spearhead growth across our Logistics, Procurement & Industrial sectors covering Croydon, Bromley and the surrounding areas. This is a high-potential branch with strong market opportunity, and we want a recruitment lead who can drive performance, build client relationships and shape long-term success.
We are open minded on the job title and level of this role (Senior Recruiter up to Business Manager) and can tailor it to your experience. There is huge growth potential to step into management and grow your own team of recruiters across these sectors, so we can work with you to establish a new team.

*Client Development: Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
*Talent Attraction: Source and engage high-quality candidates through job adverts, proactive headhunting, networking and social media.
*Desk Growth: Expand your client portfolio, generate new business opportunities and maximise temporary placement revenue.
*Team Leadership: Recruit, then manage, coach and develop a brand-new team of recruiters, setting clear expectations and driving high performance.

What We’re Looking For
*Proven recruitment experience with strong personal billing history
*Ideally previous management experience, or senior recruiter level looking for a step into management
*A self-starter with the drive to grow a successful team and branch
