Dynamo looking for organised and proactive Case Handlers to join our Mortgage Services team. You’ll play a key role in managing mortgage applications from start to finish and delivering exceptional customer service.
If you’re organised, detail-focused and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
What you’ll be doing:
*Managing mortgage applications from start to completion
*Collecting, checking and processing client & lender documentation
*Keeping clients, brokers and lenders updated throughout the journey
*Liaising with solicitors, underwriters and other professionals
*Maintaining accurate records in line with FCA requirements
*Working towards team targets in a fast-paced environment
*Contribute to a positive, inclusive and high-performing team environment
