Account Executive - (Sales Support) - £30.000 - £35.000 - Aldermaston - 12 month FTC
Job Summary
The Account Executive supports Corporate Accounts across EMEA by ensuring efficient sales operations and administrative coordination. The role focuses on sales reporting, pricing portal management (internal and external), project tracking, and ad hoc analysis.
This position requires strong organisational skills, proactive ownership of tasks, and the ability to work independently while supporting cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage order guides, pricing portals for Corporate Accounts
*Track project timelines and team commitments
*Schedule meetings, take notes, and follow up on actions
*Stock management reports
*Provide ad hoc reporting and presentation support
Skills & Competencies
*Strong Excel skills
*Highly organised with strong multitasking ability
*Excellent written and verbal communication
*Detail-oriented and customer-focused
*Proactive, resilient, and results-driven
*Good understanding of EMEA geography and trading routes
*Fluent in English
