Internal Sales Account Manager
Location: Wolverhampton (Office-based, Monday–Friday)
Salary: £28,000–£30,000 + Performance Bonus & Commission

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established UK supplier within the safety and industrial products sector. With decades of success behind them and big growth plans ahead, the team is looking for an enthusiastic Internal Sales Account Manager to help drive business across the UK and Ireland.
The Role
As an Internal Sales Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing a mix of active and lapsed accounts, while generating new business opportunities. Your day-to-day will include:
*Growing and nurturing a portfolio of existing and returning customers
*Re-engaging dormant accounts and identifying new revenue streams
*Handling inbound enquiries and preparing quotes
*Following up on pricing, proposals, and customer needs
*Maintaining accurate sales records within a CRM/ERP system
*Achieving monthly and annual sales targets
*Collaborating with colleagues to develop account strategies
*Supporting tender and proposal preparation
About You
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
*2+ years’ experience in Internal Sales, B2B Account Management, or similar
*Confidence speaking with customers over the phone
*Strong relationship-building and commercial awareness
*Great organisational and multitasking skills
*Experience working with Irish customers (advantageous)
*Industry knowledge in PPE, industrial supplies, or a similar sector (bonus)
*Good IT skills, including MS Office and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
