Teaching Assistant – Level 2 or Above
Location: Birmingham
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time / Temporary and Temp - Perm Opportunities
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience and qualification

About the Role:As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
*Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
*Work with individuals and small groups to support learning and progress.
*Assist with classroom management and preparation of resources.
*Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
*Provide additional support for students with special educational needs (SEN) where required.
Requirements: Level 2 or above qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent).
Previous experience working in a school setting is a necessity.
A genuine passion for supporting children’s education and wellbeing.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A positive, flexible, and proactive attitude.
