A leading international organisation based in Cambridge is searching for a dynamic Financial Accountant to play a key role in streamlining financial processes and enhancing reporting accuracy across its global network.
As a Financial Accountant you will:
*Lead the implementation and management of IFRS16 lease accounting across subsidiaries, ensuring smooth integration and compliance.
*Take ownership of lease reporting processes, driving accuracy and efficiency.
*Provide expert training and support to finance teams on IFRS9 expected credit loss methodology.
*Play a key role in rolling out a new consolidation reporting tool, improving financial oversight.
*Proactively address audit queries and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
Qualifications & Experience:
*ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified, with a strong technical accounting background.
*Proven experience in IFRS16 and IFRS9 reporting within a multinational environment.
*Exceptional stakeholder management skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
*Strong analytical abilities with a keen eye for financial detail and process improvement.
