Service Advisor Brighton
£28,000 – £32,000 Basic | OTE £35,000 – £40,000
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy and successful dealership in Brighton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused professional looking to earn strong bonus and progress within a reputable automotive group.
The Role*Act as the main point of contact for service customers
*Book vehicles in for service, maintenance and repair
*Upsell additional work and service plans where appropriate
*Liaise between customers and the workshop
*Provide accurate estimates and clear communication
*Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and CSI
*Manage invoicing and explain completed work
What We’re Looking For*Previous experience as a Service Advisor (preferred)
*Strong customer service and communication skills
*Ability to upsell and hit monthly targets
*Organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
*Full UK Driving Licence
Package*£28,000 – £32,000 basic (depending on experience)
*Realistic OTE £35,000 – £40,000
*Bonus scheme
*Manufacturer training and career progression
*Pension scheme
*22–25 days holiday + bank holidays
