Key Responsibilities*Lead and manage a portfolio of audit and accounts clients across a range of sectors
*Oversee audit assignments from planning through to completion and sign-off
*Provide strategic advice and technical guidance to clients and internal teams
*Support business development initiatives and identify growth opportunities
*Mentor, develop, and review the work of managers and junior staff
*Contribute to the firm’s leadership strategy and operational decision-making
Requirements*ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant senior practice experience
*Proven experience managing audit and accounts portfolios at a senior level
*Strong leadership, commercial awareness, and client relationship skills
*Must have a minimum of 8 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
*Experience contributing to business development and strategic growth
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
