Job Description:
I am recruiting for a UKVI Compliance Officer for a 1-year maternity leave cover
*Annual Salary: £36000 pa
*Location: Southeast London
*Job Type: Full-time, 12-month maternity cover - Hybrid
*Start Date: April 2026
Day-to-day of the role:
*Support the management and extension of the Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS).
*Create accurate reports in a timely manner.
*Maintain visa expiry monitoring and right to study checks.
*Monitor and track the attendance and engagement of sponsored students.
*Provide compliance guidance to current students and across the university.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience supporting international students with visa-related queries and managing immigration compliance.
*Knowledge and understanding of UKVI policies affecting students.
*Experience using the UKVI Sponsor Management System.
*Strong experience in UKVI compliance processes and reporting.
*Excellent attention to detail for accurate record keeping and timely compliance actions.
*Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration skills, with the ability to provide clear compliance guidance.
The successful applicant will have proven experience supporting international students with visa-related queries and managing immigration compliance along with being Honest, Trustworthy and Proactive
