Job Description:
Senior Finance Business Partner
Pinpoint Resourcing are currently working with a growing aviation business in London to source a Senior Finance Business Partner to join them permanently.
Duties
*Lead financial oversight of all cost categories
*Business partner with CEO and COO
*Improve reporting cycles and data integrity with Accounting, AP, and AR
*Enhance spend reporting across key cost areas
*Own budgeting and forecasting with robust scenario modelling
*Deliver accurate monthly reporting and variance analysis
*Translate operational drivers into financial KPIs
*Challenge cost assumptions and investment proposals
*Drive and track cost-saving initiatives with key stakeholders
*Promote cost discipline and accountability across the business
Requirements:
*ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA qualified
*Proven ability to effectively use data, intelligence and evidence to create meaningful insight
*Experience partnering with C Suite Stakeholders
*Experience working in an aviation business
Salary + other information:
*£85,000 - £95,000 + 10% bonus
*Hybrid working arrangement - 3 days in the office 2 days from home
