Job Description:
This role sits at the heart of the business and focuses on ensuring our offices operate smoothly, consistently and to a high standard, supporting both employees and visitors day to day.
This is a fully office-based role, in Edinburgh city centre.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll play a key role in maintaining high-quality office environments across your assigned locations, acting as the first point of contact for facilities, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Day to day, you’ll:
*Coordinate and manage assigned office locations
*Act as the first point of contact for office calls, meetings and visitors
*Manage office suppliers and procurement to ensure cost-effective, high-quality service
*Oversee office security alongside IT, building management and reception teams
*Manage Health & Safety requirements, including checklists, policies and training
*Manage meeting rooms, AV equipment, catering and hospitality arrangements
*Support new starter onboarding and maintain up-to-date office manuals
