We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed teacher to teach KS3 Food Technology and Design Technology who also has the ability to teach at least one of these subjects at KS4.
Both Design Technology and Food Technology are popular subjects delivered to all students at KS3. Food Technology in particular has grown in popularity recently at KS4.
The secondary school we are working with in the Birmingham City Centre area.
The successful candidate will have:
*A PGCE or equivalent UK teaching qualification that has awarded them QTS or QTLS
*A great team ethos and want to be part of a strong team environment
*A strong passion for Food & DT
*The ability to plan, mark and deliver high quality lessons
*Excellent classroom and behaviour management
Both newly qualified teachers (NQT) / Early careers teachers (ECT) and experienced teachers will be equally considered for this role.
Rate of pay will vary dependant on experience, ranging from £162 – £224 / Per day.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
