Design & Technology (DT) Teacher - Secondary Schools in Southampton
Full-Time | September 2026 Start (or sooner for the right role)
Are you a Design & Technology (DT) Teacher considering a move for September 2026? Academics are actively building a strong pool of DT Teachers in Southampton ahead of permanent and long-term opportunities expected across local secondary schools.

As a DT Teacher, you will deliver engaging, practical lessons across areas such as Product Design, Resistant Materials, Graphics, Food Technology, or Engineering at KS3-KS4, supporting mixed-ability learners and contributing positively to department and whole-school life.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified DT Teacher (QTS or equivalent)
* Strong subject knowledge in one or more DT specialisms
* Passion for inclusive, engaging, and practical teaching
* Willingness to contribute to the wider school community
