We’re looking for an experienced Plumber to join a reputable social housing contractor covering East London and Essex. This is a hands-on role working within occupied properties, where your skills will directly impact residents’ comfort and safety every single day.

What you’ll be doing
* Carrying out plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance in social housing properties

* Diagnosing and resolving faults efficiently in occupied homes

* Working on reactive repairs and planned maintenance

* Installing and repairing pipework, sanitary ware, taps, toilets, baths, and showers

* Identifying leaks, blockages, and water pressure issues

* Ensuring all work complies with current regulations and safety standards

* Keeping accurate records of work completed and materials used

* Delivering excellent customer service when interacting with residents

What we’re looking for
* Proven experience as a Plumber, ideally within social housing or a similar environment

* Relevant plumbing qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)

* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

* Professional, customer-focused attitude

* Full UK driving licence

* Flexibility to travel across East London and Essex
