You’ll play a key part in shaping standout PR and marketing programmes while supporting the growth and success of a collaborative, high-performing team.

What you’ll be doing:Client leadership & campaign delivery
*Lead day-to-day client programmes, ensuring activity is delivered on time, on budget and to exceptional standards.
*Build trusted client relationships and deliver clear, strategic recommendations.
*Research, write, and pitch compelling content, including press releases, features, opinion pieces, blogs, and marketing collateral.
*Develop creative campaign ideas and oversee execution across traditional and digital channels.
*Grow and maintain strong media relationships across key sectors.
*Monitor coverage and produce accurate, insightful reporting.
Team leadership
*Support and mentor junior team members, providing guidance, feedback and effective delegation.
*Review and quality-check written materials and campaign outputs.
*Contribute to performance reviews and identify training needs within the team.
Project & supplier management
*Create clear briefs for external suppliers (photographers, designers, videographers, web developers).
*Manage project timelines, budgets and internal resources to support smooth delivery.
What we’re looking for *3+ years’ PR agency experience (strongly preferred).
*Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering integrated PR/marketing activity.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Strong media relations skills and confidence pitching to journalists.
*Highly organised, able to juggle multiple priorities.
*Strategic thinker with great attention to detail.
*Strong AI literacy and confidence using tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT.
*Experience managing and mentoring team members.
*Familiarity with media databases (e.g., Roxhill, Agility) and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva.
