Job Role: Recruitment Consultant
Location: Copenhagen House, 5-10 Bury Street, London EC3A 5AT
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home after the initial embedding period.
Salary: Competitive base salary reflective of previous recruitment experience plus uncapped bonus earning potential
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday
Contract: Full time and permanent
What is the role?
We are looking for a Tech Recruitment Consultants to join our growing team of successful tech recruiters, to focus on a permanents or contracts technology desk across London and the South West.
You will conduct the full recruitment lifecycle by identifying and contacting client leads through business development, developing client relationships, taking role briefings, negotiating fees and terms of business with clients, headhunting and sourcing candidates, organising interviews, conducting right to work and reference checks and assisting with candidate onboarding for clients.

Who would suit this role?
We are ideally looking for experienced technology/IT recruiters but would also be open to experienced recruiters from any professional specialism. We would also love to speak with IT/Tech sales professionals looking to transition into recruitment. You will need to be able to demonstrate an understanding of agency recruitment through knowledge or experience. We are looking for motivated, driven and ambitious self-starters who want to succeed in the lucrative and rewarding world of recruitment.
