Casual Lodge Porter (Receptionist) – Days and Nights
Salary: £14.75 per hour (including holiday pay)
Benefits: £5.50 meal allowance per shift when there is no meal provision available and car parking

Shift pattern: The working hours available on Nights are offered on an ’ad hoc’ basis, as and when there are shifts to be covered at the College’s Holywell Street Accommodation Lodge. All shifts are 12 hours long with Nights being 18:30 – 06:30 hours.
We are seeking a professional and personable Lodge Porter to join our Lodge team. This role combines front-of-house responsibilities with site security, health and safety duties, and administrative support. We would like to hear from applicants who enjoy working with and assisting a wide range of people, and who appreciate variety and responsibility. You should be naturally personable and able to demonstrate experience in a public-facing role that involves providing excellent customer service.
The Lodge is very much the gateway to the College, and on a daily basis, our team welcome and assist a significant number of Fellows, students, staff and visitors from all over the world. The role is a very busy and public-facing one in which the Lodge is required to provide the highest possible standards of service at all times.
