What you’ll be doing
*Speaking with customers over the phone (inbound and outbound)
*Building relationships and understanding customer needs
*Converting enquiries into profitable orders
*Contacting existing and new customers to grow your portfolio
*Delivering excellent customer service on every call
*Updating the CRM/database accurately
*Retaining and developing your customer base
*Maximising your commission by winning and keeping business

*To live within a reasonable distance of Norwich
*Confident, clear, enthusiastic telephone manner
*Enjoys speaking to people every day
*Driven, positive, resilient, and self-motivated
*Keen to earn significant commission
*Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook)
*Able to work rota-based shifts, starting between 7:30am and 9:00am and finishing between 4:00pm and 5:30pm (average 37.5 hours per week).
*No sales experience required – just the right attitude - the current top performer is an ex-scaffolder!
