Are you looking for a varied Accounts Administration role where you can really get involved and develop your skills?
Our client, based near Whiteley, is looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team. This is a hands-on, varied position that would suit someone who enjoys accounts admin work and is happy to support across different areas of the office.
Working within a small team, you’ll play an important part in keeping the accounts function running smoothly, while also supporting with general office administration. If you’re someone who enjoys being busy, organised and part of a close-knit team, this could be a great opportunity.
The Role – Accounts Administration *Processing purchase and sales invoices
*Allocating payments and reconciling transactions
*Updating financial records and internal databases
*Assisting with general accounts administration
*Answering incoming calls and supporting customer queries
*Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative duties
As you gain experience, you’ll have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and grow within the role.
The Ideal Candidate*Previous experience in an accounts admin or office administration role
*Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
*Confident using IT systems and databases
*Friendly, positive and professional communication skills
*An interest in developing a long-term career within Accounts
This role would suit someone who enjoys accounts administration and wants to build their experience in a supportive environment.
