Job Description:
Join Our Client Services Team – Drive Seamless Customer Experiences
Are you organised, commercially savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced, service-focused environment? As leading Data and AI technology company we’re looking for a motivated professional to join our Client Services function, playing a key role in supporting the commercial operations of our business.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our customer journey – working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure orders, renewals, and project-related purchases flow smoothly from start to finish. Your coordination and attention to detail will help deliver a seamless, consistent experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:
*End-to-End Order Management: Handle customer orders from initiation to completion, including raising purchase orders, tracking confirmations, and updating internal systems.
*Keep Things Moving: Coordinate activity between suppliers and internal stakeholders, monitor order progress, and provide clear updates to keep projects on track.
*Resolve Issues with Ease: Address discrepancies, delivery queries, and other challenges quickly and professionally.
*Support Commercial Activity: Assist with client requests, prepare documentation, maintain accurate records, and ensure all commercial information is captured correctly.
*Manage Renewals and Licences: Oversee subscription and licence renewals, liaising with vendors to secure pricing and ensure continuity of service.
*Contribute to Team Success: Support stock accuracy and provide general administrative support, helping the Client Services team operate at its best.
Experience Required:
*Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with ease.
*Professional, confident communication when dealing with suppliers and stakeholders.
*A proactive, detail-focused approach with the confidence to take ownership of tasks.
*Comfortable working with structured processes and business systems, while collaborating effectively with colleagues.
If you enjoy keeping things running smoothly, making an impact across a business, and being part of a collaborative, fast-moving team, this role is perfect for you.
Benefits include:
*Wellbeing comes first – access to health and mental wellbeing support
*Grow your career – clear development pathways, mentoring, internal opportunities, and learning support.
*Time to recharge – generous annual leave that grows with service and options to carry leave forward
*Financial perks – pension contributions, referral bonuses, and discounts on everyday essentials.
*People-first culture – inclusive teams, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
*Make an impact – paid volunteer days
